We contacted Mary after unsuccessfully trying two other insurance agencies that were recommended to us. Mary offered a level of service that others just couldn't compete with. She is very responsive and fights hard to get you what you need in a timely manner. Even though she has countless clients at any given time, she makes you feel like you're her only one. She is attentive, kind, understanding, and informative. Most of all she has the most patience of any person I've ever met!! She worked tirelessly with us throughout our closing process when we were buying our business. In one instance, we were needing a letter from one of the insurance companies and Mary really went above and beyond to get us that letter within some pretty crazy time constraints. I don't have enough good things to say about her or her customer service! We can't thank her enough for her role in helping us get our business off the ground and rolling. She is a priceless asset to this community! I would and do recommend her to anyone that has insurance needs.
